My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were perfect with a great view, spacious, and clean, although not soundproof. The service was exceptional, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, within walking distance to main areas of Florence and near convenient transportation. The dining experience was delightful with a nice variety of foods. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a decent style, but the lack of air conditioning and humidity made it a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, the wifi worked well, and the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members seeming unenthusiastic, but overall, they were helpful when needed. The location was convenient, not too far from the center, and felt safe, although the lack of nearby dining options was a downside. The dining experience was pleasant, with a great spread for only 5€, making it a good start to the day. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided a good hangout spot in front of the hostel.
